Senior Marketing Manager
Description
- Strategy & Execution - Develop and manage paid media strategies across Paid Social (primarily LinkedIn), SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and Display Advertising platforms to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Campaign Management - Lead the execution of digital media campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword strategies, bidding optimization, and ad creative development.
- Budget Management - Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing budget, business goals and digital channel objectives
- Performance Analysis - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid media campaigns and proactively provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration - Partner with internal teams such as program/campaign teams, content marketing, creative, and product marketing to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and campaign objectives. Also, collaborate with other cross-functional teams to understand lead quality and optimize campaign targeting (Field Marketing, BDR, Sellers, etc).
- Vendor Management - Manage relationships with external media partners, agencies, and platforms to ensure best practices are followed and new opportunities are explored.
- A/B Testing - Implement A/B testing across all paid channels to continually refine and improve creative, messaging, targeting, and ad formats.
- 9+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Social, SEM, and Display Ads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft concise and engaging copy.
- Demonstrated experience and proven project management skills, delivering results on time and within scope.
- Familiar with AI tools and platforms for scaling personalization through email campaigns.
- Proven experience in crafting engaging email content that aligns closely with creative strategies.
- A strong customer-centric mindset, understanding the importance of clarity and user experience in marketing communications.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Slack.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance measurement platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually seeking to learn and improve marketing strategies.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, able to navigate challenges and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
